Set the scene

We arrive early, build the set against your design, and meter the light for the room you are actually in. Soft and flattering, never a flash bolted to a kiosk.

Make the portrait

An attendant hosts the line all night, so nobody stands there wondering where to look. The print is designed from your invitation suite or brand kit, never a stock frame with a name dropped into it.

Keep the evening

A printed keepsake in every pocket before the last dance, and the full gallery live before midnight. Corporate events add lead capture and a report inside 48 hours.

The practical part

What you are actually booking.

The evening is the romantic part. This is the rest of it, in plain terms, so nothing has to be asked twice.

Coverage
Every wedding experience includes three active hours, with setup and breakdown handled separately. Additional coverage is available at $250 per active hour.
Prints
Unlimited on site, 2×6 or 4×6, designed to your suite
Delivery
A private event microsite with the full gallery, live before midnight, hosted twelve months
Insurance
Certificate within 24 hours of request, venue named
Travel
Thirty miles of travel are included. Additional travel is $2.50 per mile beyond the included radius.
Booking
A signed agreement and the required retainer reserve the date. Payment terms are stated clearly in each proposal.
Corporate
Lead capture with CRM push, analytics inside 48 hours
