Wedding

What makes Good Knight Studio different from a traditional photo booth?

Good Knight Studio is an attended open-air portrait experience rather than a kiosk. Each setup is professionally lit and photographed on a DSLR, with an attendant guiding guests throughout the event. The result is a more polished, editorial experience that feels intentionally designed for the setting, whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, brand activation, or private celebration. Prints and digital galleries can also be customized to match the event or brand.

Does the studio fit a formal or black-tie wedding?

Yes. The set is designed to sit inside the room rather than beside it: a styled backdrop, soft flattering light, a uniformed attendant, and a print that matches the stationery. Nothing about it reads as rental equipment.

Do you work directly with wedding planners?

Yes. Planners and venue teams get a direct line, the certificate of insurance within 24 hours of request, and the set styled to the event design rather than to a template. The planners page lists what we need from you and when.

How many hours of coverage do weddings include?

Wedding coverage runs three to five hours depending on the experience, attended throughout. Additional hours and an idle hour for an early set-up can be added.

Corporate

What kinds of corporate events do you serve?

Holiday parties, brand activations, product launches, conferences, galas and nonprofit fundraisers, and employee events across Atlanta and the metro. Corporate engagements begin at $2,400 and are scoped per event.

Can our branding appear on the prints and the gallery?

Yes. The print layout is designed from your brand kit, and the online gallery carries your branding. Custom backdrops, a branded set, and a gallery hosted on your own domain are available as add-ons.

Can a corporate event collect attendee information?

Opt-in lead capture is available for corporate events as an add-on. Guests share their details at the studio to receive their photos, and the list is delivered with the post-event report within 48 hours. Delivery into a specific CRM is confirmed during planning for each event.

Are you insured, and can our venue be named on the certificate?

Yes. A certificate of insurance naming the venue as additional insured is issued within 24 hours of request.

Planning and logistics

How much space does the studio need?

Plan for approximately 10' x 10' for the full studio setup. In tighter spaces, we can often work within an 8' x 8' footprint depending on the backdrop and event layout. We’ll confirm the final footprint during planning and coordinate with your planner or venue team to make sure guest flow stays clear.

How far outside Atlanta do you travel?

Travel within thirty miles of Atlanta is included. Beyond that, travel is billed at $2.75 per mile.

Is the studio attended the whole time?

Yes. A uniformed attendant hosts the line for the full coverage window, directs guests, and keeps the set and the print queue running. A backup printer and spare media are on site at every event.

Customization

Can the print design match our invitation suite or brand?

Yes, and it is included rather than an upcharge. Every event gets a print layout built from your invitation suite or brand kit, not a stock template with a name dropped in.

Can we choose or customize the backdrop?

A curated studio backdrop is included, with custom and designer treatments available.

Can a completely custom set be built?

Yes. Custom set builds are scoped and priced per event, from a styled backdrop and props through a fully built environment for a brand activation. Lead time depends on the build.

Prints and galleries

Do you provide physical prints?

Yes. Unlimited on-site prints are included, with 4x6 as the standard format and 2x6 strip layouts available when they better suit the event design.

Booking and payments

How far in advance should we reserve a date?

Earlier is always better, especially for peak weekends, but we regularly accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. Events may be reserved months in advance or just a few weeks before the date. If your event is coming up quickly, reach out anyway. Rush fees may apply when expedited design, production, staffing, or logistics are required.

What holds the date?

Your date is reserved once the required retainer and signed agreement are received. Retainer amounts and payment terms vary by event type and scope, and are outlined clearly in your proposal before booking.

What if we need to cancel or move the date?

We understand plans can change. Your retainer reserves the date and is generally non-refundable, but we’ll always try to accommodate a reschedule when availability allows. Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by event and are outlined clearly in your agreement before booking.

Do you take birthdays, proms or graduations?

We primarily focus on weddings, corporate events and brand activations, but we do consider select private events when the scope and experience are a good fit. Reach out with the details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
