What it is

Production,
not rental.

Good Knight Studio is an Atlanta event portrait studio for corporate and brand events. We design and run an attended open-air studio at the event: a styled backdrop, continuous softbox lighting metered for the room, a DSLR camera, and a uniformed attendant who hosts the line for the full engagement.

Every print is designed from the client's brand kit and every guest leaves with one. The online gallery carries the event branding and is live the same night. A certificate of insurance naming the venue is issued within 24 hours of request, and a backup printer and spare media are on site at every event.

We serve holiday parties, brand activations, product launches, conferences, galas and nonprofit fundraisers, and employee events across Atlanta and the metro. Corporate engagements begin at $2,400 and are scoped per event; agencies can book us as a white-label partner.

Event types

Holiday parties

The night the whole company is in one room and dressed for it. A print in every hand before the speeches, the gallery in every inbox by morning.

Brand activations

A custom set built to the campaign, branded prints, and a line that becomes the thing people photograph. Scoped with your agency or in-house team.

Conferences

Multi-day coverage in the expo hall or the reception. Attendees leave with something physical that carries the sponsor and the event mark.

Galas and fundraisers

Black tie handled properly: soft portrait light, a set that suits the ballroom, an attendant who knows when to be invisible.

Launches

The product in the frame, the brand on the print, and the gallery live while the coverage is still fresh.

Employee events

Anniversaries, offsites, appreciation days. The same studio standard, sized to the room and the headcount.

How an engagement runs

Design, run,
report.

01

Design

We take the brand kit, the floor plan and the venue's vendor requirements, design the print and the set, and get the certificate of insurance to the venue. Custom backdrops and set builds are scoped here.

02

Run

We arrive early, build the set, meter the light for the room, and host the line for the engagement window. Backup printer and spare media on site. Second attendant for large rooms.

03

Report

The branded gallery is live the same night. Where lead capture is part of the engagement, the opt-in list and post-event report follow within 48 hours, giving your team a clear record of the activation and its results.

Selected corporate work

The print is the campaign.

A strip in a pocket outlives a feed post. Design it like it matters, because it is the thing that leaves the room.

Questions

Asked by
every planner.

What makes Good Knight Studio different from a traditional photo booth?

Good Knight Studio is an attended open-air portrait experience rather than a kiosk. Each setup is professionally lit and photographed on a DSLR, with an attendant guiding guests throughout the event. The result is a more polished, editorial experience that feels intentionally designed for the setting, whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, brand activation, or private celebration. Prints and digital galleries can also be customized to match the event or brand.

What kinds of corporate events do you serve?

Holiday parties, brand activations, product launches, conferences, galas and nonprofit fundraisers, and employee events across Atlanta and the metro. Corporate engagements begin at $2,400 and are scoped per event.

Can our branding appear on the prints and the gallery?

Yes. The print layout is designed from your brand kit, and the online gallery carries your branding. Custom backdrops, a branded set, and a gallery hosted on your own domain are available as add-ons.

Can a corporate event collect attendee information?

Opt-in lead capture is available for corporate events as an add-on. Guests share their details at the studio to receive their photos, and the list is delivered with the post-event report within 48 hours. Delivery into a specific CRM is confirmed during planning for each event.

Are you insured, and can our venue be named on the certificate?

Yes. A certificate of insurance naming the venue as additional insured is issued within 24 hours of request.

How much space does the studio need?

Plan for approximately 10' x 10' for the full studio setup. In tighter spaces, we can often work within an 8' x 8' footprint depending on the backdrop and event layout. We’ll confirm the final footprint during planning and coordinate with your planner or venue team to make sure guest flow stays clear.

How far outside Atlanta do you travel?

Travel within thirty miles of Atlanta is included. Beyond that, travel is billed at $2.75 per mile.

Can the print design match our invitation suite or brand?

Yes, and it is included rather than an upcharge. Every event gets a print layout built from your invitation suite or brand kit, not a stock template with a name dropped in.

Can we choose or customize the backdrop?

A curated studio backdrop is included, with custom and designer treatments available.

Can a completely custom set be built?

Yes. Custom set builds are scoped and priced per event, from a styled backdrop and props through a fully built environment for a brand activation. Lead time depends on the build.

Do you provide physical prints?

Yes. Unlimited on-site prints are included, with 4x6 as the standard format and 2x6 strip layouts available when they better suit the event design.

How far in advance should we reserve a date?

Earlier is always better, especially for peak weekends, but we regularly accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. Events may be reserved months in advance or just a few weeks before the date. If your event is coming up quickly, reach out anyway. Rush fees may apply when expedited design, production, staffing, or logistics are required.

What holds the date?

Your date is reserved once the required retainer and signed agreement are received. Retainer amounts and payment terms vary by event type and scope, and are outlined clearly in your proposal before booking.

What if we need to cancel or move the date?

We understand plans can change. Your retainer reserves the date and is generally non-refundable, but we’ll always try to accommodate a reschedule when availability allows. Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by event and are outlined clearly in your agreement before booking.
