Good Knight Studio is an attended open-air portrait experience rather than a kiosk. Each setup is professionally lit and photographed on a DSLR, with an attendant guiding guests throughout the event. The result is a more polished, editorial experience that feels intentionally designed for the setting, whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, brand activation, or private celebration. Prints and digital galleries can also be customized to match the event or brand.

Yes. The set is designed to sit inside the room rather than beside it: a styled backdrop, soft flattering light, a uniformed attendant, and a print that matches the stationery. Nothing about it reads as rental equipment.

Yes. Planners and venue teams get a direct line, the certificate of insurance within 24 hours of request, and the set styled to the event design rather than to a template. The planners page lists what we need from you and when.

Every wedding experience includes three active hours, with setup and breakdown handled separately. Additional coverage is available at $250 per active hour.

The Signature is $1,395 and is the complete Good Knight Studio experience: three active hours, studio lighting, a dedicated attendant, unlimited sessions, instant prints, custom photo design, a personalized welcome screen, digital sharing, a private gallery, a curated backdrop and prop collection. The Heirloom is $1,700 and adds the premium backdrop collection, a keepsake guest book and an audio guestbook. The Bespoke is $2,100 and adds a custom event styling consultation, a custom backdrop design and a custom prop and signage treatment. Complex scenic builds and fabrication beyond the approved package scope are quoted separately.

Yes. A certificate of insurance naming the venue as additional insured is issued within 24 hours of request.

Plan for approximately 10' x 10' for the full studio setup. In tighter spaces, we can often work within an 8' x 8' footprint depending on the backdrop and event layout. We’ll confirm the final footprint during planning and coordinate with your planner or venue team to make sure guest flow stays clear.

Thirty miles of travel are included. Additional travel is $2.50 per mile beyond the included radius.

Yes. A uniformed attendant hosts the line for the full coverage window, directs guests, and keeps the set and the print queue running. A backup printer and spare media are on site at every event.

Yes, and it is included rather than an upcharge. Every event gets a print layout built from your invitation suite or brand kit, not a stock template with a name dropped in.

A curated Good Knight backdrop is included with every experience, and we help you choose the one that suits the room. For weddings, The Heirloom adds the premium backdrop collection, and The Bespoke adds a backdrop designed for the celebration, printed at eight feet by eight feet on standard hardware with two rounds of revisions. For corporate and brand experiences, custom backdrops and physical treatments are available based on scope. Larger sizes, structural sets and custom fabrication are quoted separately.

Yes. A backdrop designed for your event and printed at eight feet by eight feet on standard hardware is included with The Bespoke for weddings. Beyond that size, and for anything structural or custom fabricated, set builds are scoped and priced per event, from a styled backdrop and props through a fully built environment for a brand activation. Lead time depends on the build.

Yes. Unlimited on-site prints are included, with 4x6 as the standard format and 2x6 strip layouts available when they better suit the event design.

Every event gets its own private microsite rather than a generic gallery link. It carries your names or your brand, holds the full gallery, and is live before midnight on the night of the event. It stays up for twelve months.

Good Knight Studio retains copyright in the images it creates. You receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your event photos for your own internal purposes and for promotion related to your brand or your event. We may use non-confidential event images in our portfolio and marketing, and you can opt out of that in writing before the event. We will not use your name or logo in a way that implies endorsement without your written approval.

Earlier is always better, especially for peak weekends, but we regularly accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. Events may be reserved months in advance or just a few weeks before the date. If your event is coming up quickly, reach out anyway. Rush fees may apply when expedited design, production, staffing, or logistics are required.

A signed agreement and the required retainer reserve the date. Payment terms are stated clearly in each proposal. For corporate and brand experiences, a 50% retainer begins production and the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event; approved corporate accounts may use a purchase order or Net 30 terms.

We understand plans can change. Your retainer reserves the date and is generally non-refundable, but we’ll always try to accommodate a reschedule when availability allows. Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by event and are outlined clearly in your agreement before booking.
