Good Knight Studio is an attended open-air portrait studio for weddings and corporate events in Atlanta. It is built into the event design rather than parked beside it: the backdrop and styling are coordinated with the planner, the print is designed from the invitation suite or brand kit, and the set is lit with continuous softbox lighting rather than flash.
For the vendor list: a certificate of insurance naming the venue as additional insured is issued within 24 hours of request. A uniformed attendant hosts the set for the full coverage window. A backup printer and spare media are on site. The gallery is live before midnight the night of the event.
Planners and venue teams get a direct line before the event, one contact from design through strike, and a pre-event walkthrough and load-in plan for rooms that need one.

Before the event
Send the date, the venue and its vendor insurance requirements, the floor plan, and the suite or brand kit. We return the certificate of insurance within 24 hours and the print design for approval before the day.
On the day
We arrive early against your load-in schedule, build the set in the agreed footprint, meter the light for the room, and the attendant hosts for the coverage window. Nothing is left running unattended.
After
We strike clean at the agreed time and the gallery is live before midnight. Corporate engagements with lead capture receive the list and report within 48 hours.

- Every wedding experience includes three active hours, with setup and breakdown handled separately. Additional coverage is available at $250 per active hour. Corporate and brand experiences are scoped per event.
- Microsite
- A private event microsite carrying the full gallery, live before midnight, hosted twelve months
- Travel
- Thirty miles of travel are included. Additional travel is $2.50 per mile beyond the included radius.
- Booking
- A signed agreement and the required retainer reserve the date. Payment terms are stated clearly in each proposal.Corporate: a 50% retainer begins production, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event, and approved accounts may use a purchase order or Net 30 terms

Do you work directly with wedding planners?
Yes. Planners and venue teams get a direct line, the certificate of insurance within 24 hours of request, and the set styled to the event design rather than to a template. The planners page lists what we need from you and when.
Are you insured, and can our venue be named on the certificate?
Yes. A certificate of insurance naming the venue as additional insured is issued within 24 hours of request.
How much space does the studio need?
Plan for approximately 10' x 10' for the full studio setup. In tighter spaces, we can often work within an 8' x 8' footprint depending on the backdrop and event layout. We’ll confirm the final footprint during planning and coordinate with your planner or venue team to make sure guest flow stays clear.
What power is required?
One dedicated 110V outlet within 25 feet of the setup location, which powers the booth, the lighting and the printer. If the nearest outlet is farther than that, or the circuit has to be shared with catering or the DJ, tell us during planning so we can bring the right cabling or coordinate with the venue team.
How far outside Atlanta do you travel?
Thirty miles of travel are included. Additional travel is $2.50 per mile beyond the included radius.
Is the studio attended the whole time?
Yes. A uniformed attendant hosts the line for the full coverage window, directs guests, and keeps the set and the print queue running. A backup printer and spare media are on site at every event.
When is the gallery delivered?
Every event gets its own private microsite rather than a generic gallery link. It carries your names or your brand, holds the full gallery, and is live before midnight on the night of the event. It stays up for twelve months.
Who owns the photos, and can Good Knight Studio share them?
Good Knight Studio retains copyright in the images it creates. You receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your event photos for your own internal purposes and for promotion related to your brand or your event. We may use non-confidential event images in our portfolio and marketing, and you can opt out of that in writing before the event. We will not use your name or logo in a way that implies endorsement without your written approval.
